Bio: An eccentric old man that watches over Bevin for Lloyd along with his old friend Richard. Harold was born to a family of many classes, his dad owning a corporation and his mother in a family of businessmen. He met Richard around high school himself, and got used to his friend pretty well by protecting him from any nasty rumors or bullying. A good bit later in life his father insisted Harold go into war to put some hair on his chest and to toughen him up to take over the family business. Thus Harold got involved in such and reunited with Richard with sheer luck. The two forged a strong friendship on the battlefield, and returned back with an unbreakable bond (At least that's what Harold liked to call it.) After years of keeping a good eye on the family company, Harold retired and settled down in an apartment complex he bought along with his friend, and spends most of his days sitting around and making people feel awkward.

Bio: Chose being a doctor as his passion at a very young age, Richard grew to be an outstanding man in his work much later on. He hasn't retired like his friend Harold has, since Richard was never the type to back down from his job so easily, even if the children think he's scary. Richard was bullied around his earlier years since he had a weak constitution that the kids would exploit whenever they could, and later on got defended by Harold.
Albert was one of those bullies Anywho, he entered the wars along with Harold because he needed the extra cash to start up a clinic, which Richard indeed managed to work out after them. Puts some of his funds in the apartment complex to be fair with his friend for giving him a room to live in.
Children around his block like to make up stories about how Richard was probably a supervillian with the hairstyle he walks around with and his constant scowl that seems to be going on, but he's really a sweet old man if you talk to him in a room without Harold and act casual with him.
Albert doesn't help his rep much though since he's Richard's worst patient and usually runs out shouting when his exams are over

Bio: Chosen one who grew up in the tribe of Arroyo that was well under a famine strike since her birth. This caused Gertrude to be malnourished for years of her life until she finally set off to find the GECK and discovered all of the abundant (At least in her outlook of the towns) food in each of the locations she visited. Gained notable weight for eating too much when exploiting the towns' food sources and eventually grew to have the body she has now. Besides that, Gertrude also suffered a hereditary malformation in her brain that prevents her from ratifying any sense of feeling from her body, ie can't feel pain, touch, heat stroke, ect. The malformation was started by her grandfather Albert, who suffered a brain hemorrhage after his encounter with the Master and stunting all of his senses as well as his intelligence. This causes mixed effects, since she can take a hit from enemy mutants or raiders without flinching and go in headstrong, but also makes her paranoid in battle not being aware of when her limits are being reached, and especially finding it hard to tell when she is ill. It also causes uneasy trust issues with her companions, making Gertrude feel different and distant from the group for not feeling group embraces, handshakes and the like. Only a select few were aware of this, including the entire original tribe of Arroyo and the team medic.
She does the quests of the chosen one following a path of good karma, destroyed the Enclave Oil Rig after they pillaged her tribe, and now lives in a successful city thriving off of the GECK's technology for years to come
Gertrude however, is a hardhead against the NCR these days for trying to annex Arroyo along with the rest of California, and is quick to take offense when a ranger asks about her town annexing.

Bio: Hannah is the daughter of Gertrude and Owen. Owen was a distant cousin of Gertrude, causing Hannah to be an incest baby. A very unintelligent and rowdy incest baby. Half of her spoken dialogue (That isn't shouting) consists of pauses to try and think of a word that sounds like what she's trying to say and look smarter.
'UNMENYEUS' ..yeah that sounded right. If Hannah feels that anyone is smart talking her with a higher intelligence, she'll lash out almost immediately
Besides that, Hannah grew up well taken care of by her mother along with her brother Marco. After getting riled up after an argument with Gertrude around a young age of 8, Hannah used chems just to piss her mother off more. TURNS OUT JET IS PRETTY ADDICTING, and thus Hannah became addicted to chems very early in her life, changing her personality and lifestyle there after and turned from being a polite and respectable young woman to being an absolute badmouthing menace no one wanted to talk to. The seclusion only succeeded in making Hannah more and more aggressive in nature and finally ended with her stealing a GECK copy of power armor, very explosive weapons and energy weapons, then single-handedly taking over the Bishop family at a young age.
From then on she ruled New Reno with an iron fist, using her mother's past strategies and her own 'shoot first, talk later' mentality. Hannah enjoys basking in her own glory, and the quickest way to hold a civil conversation with her is to talk about her lifestyle in New Reno now that her mafia family took over most of it. It is actually surprisingly easy to do this otherwise as long as you know what times Hannah is taking jet in the day. Especially simple when her brother Marco walks in the room, when Hannah can instantly turn from roaring yao guai to a lovable older sister figure to please him.
Easy to manipulate if it involves insulting her mother or making Gertrude aggressive
