Bio: Dex was born in a small settlement. Though his town was small it was also protected. He had a rather stable childhood alongside his youngest sibling, Dot McFowl. At a young age Dex married his childhood sweetheart Trixie. The two lived together in a small shack. Dex served as the town's repairman while Trixie sold food. They were settled with their lives until Dot came to Dex one day and left in his care her newborn twins. She left town and never returned.
Despite his sister's disappearance Dex raised the twins with Trixie as if they were their own. And they were happy until the boys were around eight. Then Trixie got sick. Really sick. And she never recovered. Desperate to stay alive since his repair job only paid for so much Dex left town and started his own prospecting business.
It was on one of his trips that he stumbled upon a woman with her son salvaging for parts. He took the two in after a fight between one of his body guards and her proved that she was stronger. Dex hired this woman named Robbie as a bodyguard to replace the other since he was incapable of completing his services. At first Dex felt sorry for Robbie since she was a single mother raising her son alone. He didn't think that their relationship would go beyond business. Little did he know that soon he'd fall for her. He married Robbie and later on they had a little girl of their own.
Dex McFowl comes off as a generous elder man since he is middle aged. But he can also become cynical if someone is to rub him off the wrong way. Despite this Dex loves his family and cherishes his children considering he thought he'd never have any of his own after his first wife passed away.
